Who we are?

We are a non-governmental organization working for youth, which has been inspiring and connecting young people from all over Europe through the power of film and non-formal education since 2019.

We create a space for young people, aged 16–20, to develop their creativity, social competences, and intercultural dialogue.

We believe that the camera is an extraordinary tool for self-expression, breaking down barriers, and building an open, active civic society.

Our team

Konrad Pronobis

Leader, Project Coordinator

Leader of local communities in the Zagłębie region. As an organizer, he has coordinated 20 international youth exchange projects. He has designed and run online training sessions for teachers and students in non-formal education, leveraging film and theatre as key tools for youth development. He possesses extensive experience as an educator in Polish schools, developing film education lesson plans and youth workshops for the "Filmoteka Szkolna" program as a Wandering Film Scholar—the flagship educational initiative of the Polish National Film Archive - Audiovisual Institute.

Specialist in logistics, administration, and language support. She has years of hands-on experience facilitating international educational initiatives across Ukraine, Sweden, Germany, and Italy.

Konrad Domaszewski

Actor, Educator

Actor, educator, and portrayer of the iconic teacher character, Mr. Konrad, in the cult school-age series "Waxy". Within the Foundation, he is responsible for creating acting workshops for youth.

International Coordinator, Trainer

A versatile and dedicated foundation member who pours his heart into every single initiative. Since 2017, he has gathered extensive experience in educational projects in Poland and abroad. In the foundation, he manages international project coordination and youth integration. He also leads specialized sessions on digitalization as well as outdoor physical team building. His natural openness and magnetic energy make him stand out in every endeavor.
