Who We Are
We are a non-governmental foundation working for and with young people. Since 2019, we have been promoting knowledge, skills, and civic-minded attitudes among youth, supporting the development of an open and engaged society.
We create opportunities for young people aged 16–20 to develop their creativity, social competences, and intercultural dialogue skills.
We specialize in designing and implementing international youth exchange projects focused on film education. Our main goal is to support young people in developing their creativity, media literacy, and teamwork skills through creative filmmaking activities in an intercultural environment.
We work in accordance with the principles of non-formal education – our projects are based on active learning methods, participants’ experiences, reflection, and cooperation. Each exchange provides a space for experimentation, self-expression through film, and the development of civic engagement, social awareness, and intercultural dialogue.
To date, we have successfully implemented more than 20 international youth exchanges within programs such as Erasmus+, the National Centre for Culture, the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Council, the Polish-German Youth Cooperation (PNWM), and the Polish-Lithuanian Youth Exchange Fund. During these exchanges, participants develop their social, media, and civic competences while learning how to use film as a tool for expression, activism, and building intercultural dialogue.
