Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Handling correspondence and inquiries – in the case of telephone or email contact, we process your data (e.g. email address, phone number, name, and the content of the message) in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in communicating with persons contacting the Foundation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
b) Realization of statutory goals and projects – in the case of recruitment or participation in projects organized by the Foundation (e.g. Erasmus+ youth exchanges, workshops), your data is processed based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or in order to enter into and perform a participation agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
c) Proper functioning of the website – data concerning your activity on the website (e.g. IP address, device data, cookies) is processed to ensure the security and stability of the site, which constitutes our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
d) Social media – if you interact with our social media profiles (Facebook, YouTube), we process your data based on our legitimate interest in promoting the Foundation's activities and building relations with our community (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Depending on the purpose of processing, your personal data may be transferred to:
- Entities providing hosting services and IT support for our website and email server,
- Project partners, co-organizers, and funding institutions (e.g. the Erasmus+ National Agency / Foundation for the Development of the Education System) – to the extent necessary for project settlements and reporting,
- Entities authorized to receive them under the provisions of law.
Your data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected:
- Correspondence data – until the communication is finished or an effective objection is lodged,
- Project participants' data – for the period required by law and grant funding agreements (e.g. 5 years from the closure of the project for control and auditing purposes),
- Server logs and cookies – until they expire or are deleted by the user.
In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights (within the limits set by the GDPR):
- The right to access your data and receive a copy,
- The right to rectify (correct) your data,
- The right to erase data ('the right to be forgotten') – if there are no other legal grounds for further processing,

- The right to data portability,
- The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- The right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
